Received an item that does not fit? Ordered the wrong shaft type on your club? Any other problem? Simply return the item to the address on the back of your packing slip with a note about what you want to do and we will exchange the item for you FREE OF CHARGE!
Returns (within 60 days):
Don't like the product you received? No problem. Just send it back to the address on the back of your packing slip within 60 days and we will issue a prompt refund check to you for the full product price. No questions asked!
Returns (over 60 days):
Defective product? Something broke when it shouldn't have? Just call our Customer Care department at 1-800-404-8330 and we can figure out how to help. If the product is defective, we will replace it with an equivalent item at NO CHARGE!

When you place an order, we will automatically check to see if we have the product in stock and let you know immediately.
If the product(s) are in stock your order will be shipped WITHIN 24 HOURS! Most orders entered before 12:00 Noon Central Time will ship the SAME DAY!
If the product(s) are not in stock we will tell you the approximate date the order will ship at the time you order. You can always cancel your order ANYTIME before it ships!
Unless you specify a specific shipment method for your order when you place it, we will select a shipment method that insures rapid delivery to you. This will usually be First Class, Priority Mail, or UPS. NOTE: Unlike other sites that offer "discount shipping", we NEVER send our products via Third Class, Standard Class or Parcel Post.

Rates for internet orders are based on the total product cost of your order. Rates are based on the following table:

If you are a resident, or shipping to a residence in the State of Texas, by law, we must charge you sales tax. This is because we are located in the State of Texas.
When you place an order, you will automatically have sales tax added at the rate applicable to your location in Texas.
You will NOT be charged sales tax if you reside in any other state.
