8 Reasons Why You Should Play a Urethane and Not a Surlyn® Golf Ball
All the PGA Tour pros play urethane balls exclusively.
You will hit closer to the pin with a urethane ball. Shorter putts mean more made putts no matter what your handicap is.
Urethane balls are always the highest performing golf balls out of any maker's line-up.
The urethane ball feels better when struck with any club in your bag.
Urethane balls are more expensive to manufacture. They therefore have more precise tolerances and more rigorous quality control standards applied to them (even for parts unrelated to the urethane cover).
Urethane balls are nearly perfectly balancedand that means straighter putts and drives.
The dimples' shape and depth are more consistently controlled giving you straighter, longer drives.
Multi-piece urethane balls have low driver spin for more distance and higher wedge spin around the greens.
Personalized Return Policy & Other Info
Return Policy for Personalized Products and Other Important Guidelines for Creative Design Choices
Due to their custom nature, return credit for personalized golf balls is decided on a case by case basis. Generally speaking, personalized product returns (which include cancelled orders past the printing stage) will receive a full refund minus a restocking fee. (Restocking fees are waived in the rare instance of an actual printing defect.)
Returns that are a result of creative choices made by you that involve no- or low-contrast combinations (black on black, blue on blue, red on black, blue on red, pink on green, etc...) or having supplied content that is obscene or otherwise offensive, are non-refundable.
Please be aware that despite our excellent print quality and the displayed preview image being a reasonably good representation of the final product, there are some limitations that prevent a 100% accurate rendering on screen and that some creative choices and poor quality images can cause poor quality results. Such cases are not considered printing defects. These limitations include (but are not limited to):
Differences in emissive (light from your display) versus reflective (light reflected off physical objects) can cause some variance in the final printed product from what is perceived on the display.
The actual 13/16" print area size (versus the enlarged preview image on screen) can cause detailed elements like smaller type, fonts with thinner elements, and other fine detail in images to become illegible—especially when choosing poor contrast combinations (such as a dark font on a dark background).
Uncalibrated color settings on your display can cause a shift in on-screen color rendering resulting in a final product that appears differently.
Images supplied by you that are low-resolution can result in pixelation which can cause blurriness and other adverse effects on quality.
Please keep in mind that unlike ball printing produced inline as a part of ball manufacturing (like "logo balls" or stamps), our printing process is applied post-production. Therefore, while our printing is reasonably durable, it should not be expected to perform like OEM printing.
Being mindful of these guidelines can help you to make creative design choices that result in the best final quality for your personalized product!

Total Performance Through The Bag The 4-piece construction—Dual SoftFast Core, mantle layer and Tour Urethane Cover—all combine for even more control throughout the bag, especially with your scoring clubs from 100 yards and in. Now you have even more spin for aggressive shots into the green.
Low Compression For Incredibly Soft Feel The Dual SoftFast Core lets you compress the ball on iron shots for long, straight flight. And it has amazing feel around the greens.
